a while later, a girl with a raincoat came by, and they became friends, saving each others lives often. during this period is when she learned how to hide and how to steal food. this drove her caretakers insane, and she fled into the gaps between the walls in order to stay alive. one day a massive spider attacked the building from inside it's walls, killing everybody but her. She was taken care of by a couple of old men in a kindergarten like room. The earliest part of six's life that we currently know about begins on the Nest, an island of relative safety in the dangerous ocean setting of the series. I think the food is cursed and that six isn't creepy, she's just a child in a crazy world. We also know she doesn't want to hurt the knomes, she gives them hugs, proper actual, warm hugs, and the reason she eats that knome near the end, is because she realises the danger she's in. Its tragic that the knomes are children forced to live on the maw, only with half their mind, and that six ate one of them, but there's nothing anywhere to suggest six knows what the knomes really are. Six isn't creepy, she's forced into creepy circumstances is how I see it. Leeches try to kill her, the kitchen chefs try to cook her! The guests try to devour her (I believe the reason the guests are so desperate to eat six is because she isn't food of the maw, she isn't cursed to make them hungrier) and her own mother, the lady, tries to kill her too, and so no I disagree. I believe six is a relatively normal child, who has a not normal parent, and she is completely a victim in this story. So in the end when six kills the lady (who I believe is her crazy and evil mother) and absorbs the ladies power (which I believe she is only able to do because she is the ladies daughter, demi God), means that we get to see six eat the "souls" of the guests on her way out. The lady eats their souls, and suppose being a glutton makes the soul more tasty to a god like the lady, maybe she feeds off greed. The reason these guests are being fattened up is for the lady. That's why the hunger seemed to be causing her actual pain. That's also why she ate the rat, again she had to so as to not be forced to eat herself to death. I believe six realised the affect the food was having on her and so when she was offered a sausage instead she ate the boy because she had to, because she needed food that wasn't cursed or she would be forced to eat and eat and eat. This explains why the guests have 0 self control and are all morbidly obese. I believe when you eat food from the Maw, it makes you feel starving hungry, makes you gluttonous. Hunger is the biggest theme in little nightmares. You can probably guess what happened next. That yellow raincoated girl has been haunting my dreams ever since, as well as the hunger happening to me. The only thing I do know for sure is that I shouldn't have watched a let's play of this game at five in the morning on zero sleep while suffering from PMS. And even when she does start doing questionable things, you don't know whether it's her or something else. But with Six, you have no clue whether she's dangerous or not, especially at first. And something tells me that the second game probably won't answer any of these questions.įor all the other characters, there's enough pieces to put together a reasonable explanation as to what they're about, their appearances alone are enough to tell you to stay away from them. We don't know if we've lead an innocent victim to her freedom, or released another monster out into the world. When we finish the game the ending doesn't give us any answers. The creepy music that plays when she gets hungry doesn't help either. Does she even know what she's doing at all? We don't even know something as simple as what she really looks like. We don't know if she did it on purpose and enjoyed it, or if she was under some sort of curse and couldn't control it. We don't know if she feels bad about eating the rat or the nome. we don't know why she has this weird hunger. And I think the main reason for this is that there's not much to know about her, besides the whole spontaneous hunger thing. OUt of all the characters in this game, maybe out of all the creepy characters I've had the pleasure of encountering, none of them have freaked me out as much as Six.
